Vina Toys Doll Factory was founded on June 2, 2003, which is engaged in the manufacture of dolls convection. Vina Toys Doll Factory is a home business industry is located at Jl. Pisang Batu Raya No. 1, 2 and 10 Perumahan Harapan Baru 1 Kelurahan Kota Baru Kecamatan Bekasi Barat. At first, Mrs. Hj. Siti Surtinah work in a doll factory part buy materials such as doll eyes, doll nose, and others (but not in production). However, a few years later, Mrs. Hj. Siti Surtinah resigned from the doll factory in 2002.
In 2003, Mrs. Hj. Siti Surtinah founded the Doll Factory named Vina Toys. At the beginning of this pioneering efforts, Mrs. Hj. Siti Surtinah only employ 2 employees with 3 second-hand sewing machine, and has the goal of creating jobs for housewives around the house. Over time, the doll business is growing. The dolls were sent to various areas of production, namely Jakarta, Cikarang, Bandung, Surabaya, and Makassar. Now Mrs. Hj. Siti Surtinah already employs 50 employees at its factory Dolls Toys Vina and efforts moving forward.
The Doll Factory Toys Vina has several production processes before becoming goods ready for sale.
• The first process, design patterns on the cloth doll, equipment required:
- Fabric
- Ruler
- Pens
• The second process, cutting out the pattern that has been drawn on the fabric
- Fabric
- Scissors
• The third process, sew fabric that has been cut according to the pattern
- Sewing machine
- Yarn
- Needle
• The fourth process, filling the doll has been sewn with padding, after then fill the hole sew padding depots
- Dolls are not in padding contents

• The fifth process, namely the process of attachment of accessories dolls
- Glue burn
- Eyes, nose, ears, mouth puppets

• The process of the sixth, the final process of re-checking the finished product so that no damage before it is sent to the customer.
After all the production process is completed, the next is packing for shipment to stores doll around Jakarta, Cikarang, Bandung, Surabaya and Makassar.
